Alaska | Chopin

Notes of the show<>

Alaska | Chopin is the crossing of a feminine sensibility that passes between impressions of ice and romantic composition, between the geographic far north and intimacy. A path in which interior and exterior meet. The bodies vibrate, the harshness turns out to be a delicate touch and the romantic turns out to be the grace of a powerful femininity.

“Imagined for three performers, the chorepgrapher Silvia Bertoncelli (its the first time she is not on the stage) experiences the female sensitivity passing through the intimacy and the empathy, the inside and the outside of oneself, the harshness and the gentleness. They are bodies of matter that shake for their pulsions, an incessant expansion from ice impression and romantic composition that show fragility and power at the same time.”
